If you have never sold sports passes before, or you’ve never them with EMI’s product, then you might have some questions.

How much do sports passes cost?
Technically, they don’t cost you anything. Selling athletic passes requires zero investment up front with EMI. Instead, tell us how many you want and we’ll print and ship them to you. You sell them for however much you want and then you just pay us back a small fee from your profits.
What about artwork and shipping?
Like we mentioned above, you have zero out of pocket expenses. The artwork and shipping is 100% free.
How do I know how many cards to order or how much to sell them for?
We’ll help you with that. It depends on the size of your team, the size of your school and how much money you want to raise. We’ve been doing this for 25 years so we’ll be able to guide you through the process.
How quickly can I get an artwork proof?
We generally can turn a proof within 1 business day. And we’ll provide unlimited revisions.
Can you create name placeholders and/or sequential numbering?
Absolutely. We can do both. Here’s an example of a card that used placeholders and number sequencing:
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the minimum order quantity is 250.
What should we sell – student passes, family passes, all sport passes…?
Yes! You should sell them all! But of course every team is different and fundraising goals differ. So this may not be the case for everyone. Selling multiple options could potentially increase your fundraiser. But there’s also something to say about simplicity. Just give us a call and tell us a little bit about your team and its goals for the season. We’ll give you our recommendation for what we think will work best for you.
